We currently are developing several real estate projects.  The largest of these

In addition to real estate projects, many of our investors will finance non-real estate
transactions for established companies generating positive revenue.  These projects
can be structured as debt, equity, convertible debt, or purchase order finance.

nearly fifty years of combined real estate experience.  Our expertise is diverse and
comprehensive including: property acquisition and deal negotiation, financial analysis,
market analysis and sales, acquisition and construction financing, property
